Participating artists visit the installation site and consider their entries for the exhibit

13 participating artists (from Korea), Artist Director, curators, etc.
- Invite participating artists who need to visit the exhibition venue prior to the exhibition, and grant them access to the installation site
- Discuss the exhibition plan (e.g. actual measurements of the exhibition venue, etc.), and encourage artists to submit works that fit the theme of this year’s Biennale, “Non-sculpture - Light or Flexible”
- Give participating artists an opportunity to explain their works and interact with one another
